To register and maintain an active Account on htt789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on htt789. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. htt789 employs device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, and cross-account payment checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all pending Bets voided, all Bonus balances forfeited, and a review conducted before any Real Money Balance is returned.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, national identity number (NIK for Indonesian residents), residential address, valid mobile number, and a functional email address. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any registered information changes. htt789 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account. htt789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify htt789 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. htt789 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
All Accounts on htt789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, Bets, winnings, Bonus allocations, and withdrawals are all processed in IDR. htt789 does not apply currency conversion fees. The exchange rate risk, if any, lies entirely with the Member's payment provider.
htt789 is required to verify the identity of all Members as a condition of its international gaming licence and as a standard of responsible gaming practice.
Before processing your first withdrawal, htt789 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
htt789 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. During the review period, you may continue to deposit and place Bets; withdrawals remain on hold until verification is approved.
If htt789 is unable to verify your identity or if the documents provided indicate ineligibility (including but not limited to age below 21), your Account will be suspended. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of suspension will be returned to the original payment method following an investigation period of up to 30 days. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of five minutes under normal network conditions. htt789 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which htt789 is not responsible.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform cashier page and may vary by payment method and Member account tier. htt789 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Members will be notified of any changes affecting their current account tier via the registered email address.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Christmas. The average processing time from submission to funds arriving in the Member's bank or e-wallet account is under five minutes once KYC is approved. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit. htt789 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been previously used to fund the Account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
If a deposit fails to credit or a withdrawal is returned by the receiving institution, htt789's finance team will contact you via registered email within one business day. htt789 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, including but not limited to maintenance windows, system outages, or account restrictions imposed by the payment provider.
All bonuses offered by htt789 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Piala AFF, or BRI Liga 1 fixtures — are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonuses credited to a Member's Account:
htt789 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, htt789 excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of opportunity; loss of data; or losses attributable to third-party payment provider failures, network outages, or system errors beyond htt789's direct control.
htt789's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident.
htt789 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, war, civil unrest, pandemic, power outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting htt789 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements and any pending KYC review.
htt789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; determination that the Member is below 21 years of age; receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement instruction; or where continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, htt789 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus balances, void all open Bets, and withhold the Real Money Balance pending an investigation into the breach. Where the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, the Real Money Balance will be returned within 30 calendar days. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be retained and reported to the relevant authorities.
htt789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. For material changes — those that significantly affect Member rights or obligations — htt789 will provide at least seven days' prior notice via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which htt789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents htt789 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
